What is keyword market share (Share of Voice)?+

Keyword market share = your total visibility score ÷ total market visibility score (sum of all competitors' visibility). It measures the percentage of organic search traffic you capture for your target keyword set. Higher share = more organic traffic.

How is visibility score calculated?+

Visibility = Search Volume × CTR at your rank position. For example, keyword with 10,000 monthly searches at position 3 (11% CTR) = 1,100 visibility. High-volume keywords contribute more to share than low-volume keywords — just like real traffic.

What's a good share of voice?+

It depends on your market position. Market leader: 30-50% SOV. Challenger: 15-30% SOV. Niche player: 5-15% SOV. Track trends — growing SOV means you're winning market share. Compare against competitors to set realistic targets.

How do I find keyword gaps?+
